**Requirements**:
1. Electrical Industry Experience: Proven experience in contract management and tendering in the electrical industry.
2. Contract Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract management principles, including contract law and regulatory requirements.
3. Tendering Experience: Experience in managing tenders, including tender development, submission, and negotiation.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field: Relevant degree or diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
2. Contract Management Certification: Certification in contract management, such as CIDB or equivalent, is an advantage.
3. Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent, are desirable.
