**About the Team**
The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and review of benefits packages and policies for APAC region to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance, through research on benefits policies and practices of leading Tech/general industry companies, as well as interpreting official survey data.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR operations, Payroll, and Procurement) and external vendors (broker and insurers) on project delivery.
- Monitor local regulations & legislation, and work closely with legal to make sure C&B policies comply with local, state and federal laws.
- Advise HR Operations/HR Business Partners on benefits policy and daily queries.
- Work closely with the rest of the C&B team members on total reward package for Bytedancers in APAC or global where required.
- Contribute to global projects and roll out global initiatives with local context in mind.
**Qualifications**
Work experience: Preferably to have at least 8 years of experience in benefits area, experience in-house is a plus. Be experienced in managing benefits projects in APAC region and familiar with local context and nuances.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities: gather market data, analyze trends, and conduct surveys.
- Great communication skill: Be able to communicate effectively with employees, the broad HR team and business lead & also be comfortable presenting programs and plans to employee groups, HR and leadership teams.
- Great report writing skills: be able to write proposals based on research and analysis, which is presentable to stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, ethical and discretion: Be able to reach the goal with mission. Deal with confidential information and therefore, must be ethical and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information.
