We are seeking an energetic and driven Solutions Sales professional to join our team, focusing on the Government/ Public sector in Singapore. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within various government bodies and related agencies.
- Understand the specific security, technology, and operational requirements of potential government clients.
- Develop and present compelling, customized solutions leveraging Ademco's diverse portfolio of products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and responses to tenders/quotations.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, project, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government procurement policies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Government sector business.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in solutions selling within the technology, security systems, or related industries. Experience engaging with government clients or understanding public sector procurement is a significant advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: You must have a genuine interest in and aptitude for technology. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to security systems, IoT, software, and integrated solutions is crucial.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. You need to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Energy & Drive: We need a proactive, highly motivated, and results-oriented individual with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Independence: Capable of working independently, managing your time effectively, and taking ownership of your sales pipeline.
