**Your new role**

As the Head of Risk Management, you will be the local point person responsible for overseeing all aspects of risk management for the Singapore entity. This would include Counterparty Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, and Credit Risk, with a particular focus on Enterprise Risk Management. You will work closely with the Risk Management team in the Head Office to ensure risks are managed holistically and effectively. Your role will involve maintaining a robust Risk Management Framework, promoting a sound risk culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies. Additionally, you will lead ad-hoc risk projects and contribute to the strategic development of risk management practices within the entity. This is an individual contributor position. Hence, being disciplined and agile is key to your success in this position.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To ensure your success in this senior role, you will have:

- At least 5-8 years of experience in Risk Management in a reputable trading environment. Experience in Enterprise Risk and/or Market Risk would be a plus
- Professional qualifications such as FRM or CFA would be an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of Global Markets products, including Securities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Structured Products.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders such as Business Units, Legal/Compliance, and Finance/Treasury teams.
