Responsibilities
- Generate sales and revenue by actively seeking and pursuing new business opportunities within the food industry.
- Identify potential clients and prospects through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related matters.
- Understand and analyze customer needs and requirements, and propose suitable products and solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and quality of the food products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

Requirement
- A degree/diploma in business or relevant experience in sales is preferred.
- Experience in sales, particularly in the food industry, is highly valued.
- Knowledge of the food industry and its trends is important.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills are necessary for success.
- Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is advantageous.
