
Sales Executive

Handle all aspects of sales and marketing for brand products
- Actively get new sales to ensure business growth (proactive with learning product knowledge)
- Suggest, plan, execute and manage sales campaigns, events, promotions and advertisements
- Handle customers’ feedbacks pro-actively.
- Ensure brand presence in outlets is strong
- products, point-of-sale displays and
stock levels
- Ensure product advisors and outlet staff are trained regularly to maintain good
product knowledge in outlets by organizing training sessions
- Manage promoters - admin, training, hiring, scheduling of roadshow locations and
other duties involving product advisors.
- Diligently perform the duties and ensure that the best effort been put in so as to
meet the KPI set by the Sales Manager.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Sales & Marketing
manager or the management of the company.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 Years relevant experience working with sales, trade marketing and
Pharmacies/Medical Halls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with
clients and customers and the ability to relate well at all levels
- Good communication in English and Mandarin (Dialects would be beneficial).
- Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
- Team player, humble and eager to learn, goal-driven, independent
