Schindler Lifts (S) Pte Ltd was established in 1975, to market Schindler lifts and escalators and to provide after sales maintenance services for its range of products to ensure high service levels for our customers.
**Sales Executive**:
**Mobility is the goal****:
- Conduct sales planning and generate sales strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations in order to achieves sales annual target and growth.
- Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyse needs.
- Seek opportunities for product enhancements.
- Analyse customer needs and requirements and prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.
- Preparation, submission and negotiation of tenders.
- Monitoring of market, clients and competitive situation, including tender specific information, products, prices, personnel and relationships etc.
- Ensures that the quality of equipments delivered to clients fulfills the contract’s requirements and Schindler’s quality and safety standard.

**Mobility needs you****:
- Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized institution.
- 3 to 4 years of sales experience in a technical discipline and/or in business, including customer account management.
- Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated to achieve target.
- Able to work independently and a team-player.
- Possess class 3 driving license and own vehicle (optional)
