Repair Sales Executive
**Mobility is the goal**
- Identify sales opportunities e.g. through customer and site visits
- Prepare repair and upgrade quotations to the customers based on feedback from field staff or customer.
- Actively follow up on sales quotations with Customers (by phone and visits) to ensure customer fully understands all features and benefits of required repairs and upgrades
- SAP data update & billing to ensure correct reporting, invoicing and money collection
- Follow-up of fulfillment with Service Engineers/ Managers to ensure timely completion of Repair and upgrades
- Support /Remind maintenance technicians on quality of breakdown report as per agreed process
- Keep the team updated on customer feedback as well as market trend for adjustable sales strategy
**Mobility needs you**
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in lifts or related Technical Service industry.
- 01 year of Sales / Customer Service Experience
- Sales experience of industrial products preferred
- SAP experience is preferred
- Familiarity of elevator and escalator products knowledge.
- Customer focused and commercially astute
- Energy, eager for new discovery
- Good communication skills & customer mind set
