Specific responsibility:
Individual to be involved in:

- Oversee the approach to instruction that is being provided at the tutor center
- Able to make recommendations for improvements or adjustments that could provide a better learning experience or improve the educational setting for both students and instructors
- Supervise the implementation of any changes
- Have a strong background in the education field, with roles that involve the evaluation and implementation of curriculum and other learning tools

Competencies:
1. Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations for current and future education events.

2. Services to meet youth's identified Individual Educational Plan (IEP).

3. Develop and execute a research team roadmap and strategy.

4. Schedule employee training to ensure that all mandatory training requirements are met.

5. Provide ongoing effective supervision to unit employees and monitors case management activities.

6. Lead, design, and oversee research projects that support company initiatives.

7. Participate in regular cleaning of materials and classroom spaces.

8. Ensure a safe and healthy environment and complete daily tasks assigned.

9. Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities.

10. Maintain confidentiality of records, interactions and files of families and staff.

11. Monitor the progress of new and existing teaching methods.

12. Focus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs. Ensure all students are advised on a regular basis regarding their progress.

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment: 6 months

Approved Training Allowance:

- Mature Mid-career Individuals - $3,000
