This role is in partnership with the SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme (SGUP).

**Role Description**

This Analyst role is under Loan Operations, which is part of the wider Operations Service Department.

Key stakeholders will include customers, relationship managers, middle offices, facility agents and cross-functional operation teams.

**Specific Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for day-to-day loan operations activities

2. Ensure timely, accurate and reliable processing of loan disbursements, rate-fixing, rollovers and collection of principal repayment, interest and fees in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement with internal or external clients, adherence with the bank/head office/compliance policies and procedures.

3. Process and effect accounting entries for Payments/ SWIFT/GL transactions

4. Reconciliation and investigations of loan transaction/ nostro accounts break

5. Prepare and generate periodic reports including but not limited to daily team reports e.g. Event due

6. Any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the team manager or HOD.

**Competencies**

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

3. Ability to adapt to the work environment and culture.

4. Good attitude, Open-minded and willing to learn and accept.

5. A self-starter and problem solver with initiative and a strong drive to achieve quality work

6. Knowledge of banking products/ operations will be an added advantage.
