You will be joining BCI Capital, a private credit-specialist Investment Manager, as a key member of the Loan operations team. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day administration of the loan portfolio to ensure smooth operations and facilitate growth in the fintech sector.Your primary responsibilities will include:- Conducting monthly and quarterly reconciliations of loan facilities to prepare management accounts and investment reports- Managing cash reconciliations for BCI accounts and creating interest schedules for loan investments- Preparing monthly internal portfolio reports and coordinating reviews- Providing transaction support by coordinating investment documentation and KYC processes- Assisting in the collation of information for annual audits- Responding to cash transaction inquiries and reconciling differences with third parties- Maintaining internal records for easy reference and operational efficiency- Collaborating with investment, finance, and compliance teams to ensure portfolio management alignment- Supporting cross-departmental initiatives to enhance operational resilience- Acting as a liaison between operations and other business units to facilitate information flowTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a sense of ownership towards tasks- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment- Adaptability to work across different business functions and learn new areas quickly- Capacity to build relationships with stakeholders across various departments- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail- Team player who thrives in collaborative environmentsJoin us at BCI Capital and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to supporting fintech businesses with timely and flexible access to debt, driving growth and innovation in the industry.,
