We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Analyst in Loan Administration, Institutional Banking Group Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and operational management of our existing real estate portfolio across Asia Pacific (APAC), with a focus on digital infrastructure and Southeast Asia (SEA).

You will evaluate and execute real estate investments in APAC, including financial modeling across a range of sectors. You will also perform in-depth market research for prospective real estate investments in APAC and conduct extensive due diligence on acquisition opportunities, including site visits, meetings with management, coordination with advisors, and formulation of investment strategies and business plans.

In addition, you will prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for our investment committee and assist Portfolio Management in asset reviews, hold/sell decisions, fund models, and quarterly fund valuations.

You will execute business plan implementations, financing, and disposition strategies with external asset managers and portfolio companies. You will also develop and maintain relationships with external asset managers and portfolio companies to maximize investment returns.

Finally, you will assist in commercial aspects of fund administration, equity draws, investor relations, fundraising, and reporting.
