**About the role**

**What you need to know**:
The Business Support Executive in Agency involves close collaboration with different business divisions such as Auto, Accident & Health, SME, Casualty and Financial Lines and the producer who promotes AIG products suites.
- Provide support to Agency sales team in achieving team’s production budget
- Provide support to regular sales activities such as engagement events and trainings for the producers
- Develop and lead marketing initiatives to drive growth and help the producers meet their professional goals
- Understands the internal and market environment (customer buying trends, competitor's strength, and weaknesses) and collaborate with the internal stakeholders to enhance the company’s sales process including product, underwriting appetite, compliance, claims, service process.
- Be proficient with sales numbers through production tracking and trending
- Support and attain success of agents’ survey and other ad-hoc project

**What we’re looking for**:

- A good degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Enthusiastic and committed to pursuing a career in the global insurance industry
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes
- Flexible team player with ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational / time management skills and detailed oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
