The **Services Ambassador (Banquet) **is responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests according to the established standard of operations of the outlet.

**Our Expectations**:

- Ensure that mis-en-place/side station is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.
- Replenish supplies and linen as and when necessary.
- Ensure that tables under his/her charge have the correct cutleries and table settings before the shift commences.
- Meet, greet and lead guests to their seats.
- Take food and beverage orders timely and serve them.
- Clear and remove soiled dishes, and bring them to the dish washing area.
- Present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to diners.
- Reset function room, tables and chairs after use.
- Undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor.
- Handle cashiering duties as and when assigned.

We are looking for a self-motivated Services Ambassador (Banquet) with excellent communication skills. You should be attentive to the guests and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry best practices with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
