About the role
The Store operations specialist is responsible for ensuring and enhancing our productivity in store, promotional activities and maintaining permanent brand exposure. You will support and the Commercial excellence managers and Retail excellence exec in the execution and maintenance of all in store execution. You will oversee, support and manage the productivity of the Beauty Advisors team force.

You are to assist in local negotiations with store managers together with other retail specialists to maximize in-store visibility and merchandising. You are also expected to share in store feedback with both the sales and marketing team and fulfil the global merchandising guidelines in store.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure day-day store operations guideline is met
- Drive productivity within the Beauty Advisor / makeup specialists’ team and provide feedback on gaps vs plan.
- Drive retail excellence mentality in the free standing stores.
- Establish the link with retailer counterparts for Promotion activity development.
- Work closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to execute animations in our Free-standing stores and Sephora
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of the promotional programs agreed with the retailers
- Encourage and motivate retailers’ sales staff to execute these plans and meet sales objectives
- Implement COTY Brands’ image in all doors according to brand guidelines
- Ensure that merchandising, assortment, planograms are implemented according to company/brand guidelines
- Elaborate tools for optimization of use of testers, POS materials, transparencies and promo visuals
- Increase brand exposure and find space opportunities to develop TR Exclusive Lines in all doors and enlarge assortments as much as possible
- Establish clear action plan for retail sales development including obtaining market information
- Obtain, compile and analyze regular sell-out data for optimization of retail strategy (assortment definition, merchandising, BA support )
- Build and maintain close relationship with retailers’ store management teams to strengthen COTY’s position.
- Provide suggestions on incentives, trainings, objectives for the staff (BAs) in coordination with the Commercial promo plans
- Ensure optimized coverage of staff support according to existing team and identify needs and potential uplift

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Excellent in planning.
- Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a Multinational environment and in a fast paced and changing product category experience is a plus.
- Min. 3 to 4 years’ experience in sales and/or Marketing
