**THE POSITION: Finance and Administration Executive**

Seeking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team and handle the financial and accounting for our portfolios. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning across various areas, including account receivable, collection, collection scheduling management, and administrative support.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Day to day accounting function: Bookkeeping for AR and bank reconciliation.
- Daily Issue Debit Note, Credit Note, Receipt, Tax Invoices.
- Prepare Sales Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note and Receipts and arrange the schedule to send to customers.
- Update comments on accounts receivable daily, follow up with customers regarding payment to ensure timely payment of debts.
- Planning and schedule for timeline of collection from customers.
- Handle disputed accounts and negotiate to bring suppliers/ customers into line with agreed terms.
- Provide support with generating all invoices on monthly basis, ensuring that the appropriate tax rate is applied and charged on all invoices.
- Prepare monthly Sales Register and upload to the system.
- Prepare month end closing entries.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Prepare Bank reconciliation to GST Report reconciliation
- Assist in audit and any office/ employees related renewals.
- Perform other finance & administrative responsibilities as necessary

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Singapore corporate tax and GST requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese language
- Adaptable and independent worker with a high level of integrity
- Problem solving, Patience and Effective communication skill required.
