**Job Profile:
As the Regional E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and the overall profitability of a regional COS online store.
In this role, you lead the E-Commerce Team to ensure the region runs in the most efficient way. You conduct the
strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for defining and developing COS digital sales strategy for your region in cohesion with the
- overall seamless sales strategy and the COS brand vision
- Enhance the online store customer experience in your region, to increase selling and online growth
- Create a people first working environment, supporting actions based on the annual HR goals
- Collaborate within the Regional E-Commerce Team, creating an efficient
- and informative-workflow towards the set long
- and short-term goals
- Grow the Regional E-Commerce Team to grow the business, guiding through the whole employee life cycle (recruitment, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits) and working with talent management to secure succession planning
- Report to the Regional Brand Manager
- Liaise with the Regional Management Team to align your strategy and equalise your objectives
- Guide and work with your E-Commerce Team to analyse sales performance and implement action based on the feedback to achieve growth goals
- Synchronise your actions with the Global E-Commerce Team, following up on the results, providing
- Regional feedback regarding assortment and product flow
- Co-operate with the IT department to secure online operations towards the set goals
- Collaborate with Regional and Global Marketing Teams to align content, product and promotion strategies
- Work with Merchandising and Logistics Team to secure fulfilment and shipping
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to increase customer experience to secure customer retention and selling growth in your region
- Analyse selling reports, budgets, and other available tools (merchandising information, competitors' context, local opportunities and suchlike) to make business decisions to drive selling
- Develop, implement, and enhance the Regional E-Commerce strategy and website functionality to drive sales growth, setting and following up goals
- Manage and drive the online activity planning in line with the seamless sales strategy
- Constantly optimise COS customer offering as well as visibility in your region
- Maximise selling and create the best shopping experience through garment rotation
- Drive customer/web/sales analysis, leading to actions
- Influence the return rate with your strategy and enhance profit
- Accountable for setting the online channel budget and following up the P&L, supported by controlling
- Analyse and assess the effectiveness of the E-Commerce operations and current needs based on new technology and market competition
- Drive the business forward with constant improvement, including implementing new methods, systems and always improving ways of working
**Requirements**:
- Education - Marketing or Business degree/relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in general Ecommerce senior management regional experience
- Strong leadership and communications skills
- Results driven and business minded
- Able to take ownership and set challenging goals for the business others and yourself
- Able to make it a prrority and take necessary steps to have a well functioning team
- Able to continually strive to develop and seek feedback to understand and reflect on your strengths and weakness
