**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role ensures smooth execution of processes and coordination across departments, contributing to the efficient running of the organization
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, document verification, and correspondence handling
- Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and internal teams on operational requirements
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, forms, and records
- Support document submission and compliance checks with relevant authorities
- Assist in onboarding trainers or participants and preparing relevant materials
- Respond to queries from clients, partners, and internal staff professionally
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support operations
**Requirements**:
- Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to multitask, work independently and manage timelines effectively
- Positive work attitude and team-oriented
**Working Hours**
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Required to work some evenings or weekends (with time-off-in-lieu provided)
