Reporting to the manager/ supervisor of Customer Service Team, your job is to manage day-to-day administration duties of Card Centre including but not limited for the following:
**Key Responsibilities:
- To manage day-to-day operation of customer service backend and all related issues, and achieve service level standards and KPI.
- Verification of details
- tally and check signature with system or Outbound call to verify with Customer
- Attending walk in visitors/customers at reception counter of Card Centre and phone enquiries from internal or external parties.
- Handling other general operation duties such as marketing campaign fulfilment, IVR waiver processing, retain ATM card processing, stationary ordering, arrange dispatch of documents etc.
- UAT testing for backend system related project
- Strictly follow the SOP set by company and compliance with regulatory requirement by Authority.
- and any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s

**Requirements:
1. A recognised Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent

3. Able to communicate verbally and written in both English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft office Applications

5. Multi-tasking and meticulous, eye for detail to ensure work accuracy and able to work under pressure.

6. Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal communication skills
