**Brief Description of the Role**

We are looking for a Certification Program Manager who will be responsible for the overall success of our certification programs. You will be responsible for working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in bringing the certification program vision and strategy to life.

**Objectives of this Role**
- Manage and own Elevandi’s certification programs including creating and executing program timelines, milestones, communication planning, reporting on key metrics, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver program results, etc.
- Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into the development of new or ongoing certification program plans. This includes communication/marketing activities to support program adoption.
- Measure and assess the impact and continually evaluate solutions for tools and resources to facilitate and drive the growth of the certification program.
- Define and manage key performance metrics for Elevandi’s certification programs to assess impact and outcomes and track delivery; propose recommendations based on analysis of data.
- Own and drive the lifecycle of the certification program
- Develop and facilitate certification program governance structures to ensure ongoing alignment with Elevandi’s strategy and business needs.
- Translate Elevandi’s certification objectives into executable strategy and ensure a smooth and effective implementation.
- Project manage the certification program development and roadmap including, leading program development, strategy and redesign from concept through implementation.
- Manage collaborations with external partners to align with Elevandi’s certification programs or initiatives.
- Design, develop and implement learning strategies and program solutions that are aligned with Elevandi’s certification objectives
- Analyze learning needs and gaps using a data-driven approach, to create and drive certification initiatives

**Job Qualifications and Skill Sets**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, information management, management, psychology, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in learning and development, workforce development, program and project management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Experience with LMS tools
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of product/platform strategy
- Experience creating detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders
