**Work Hours**
As our Customer Service Officer, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week, including a weekend. Here's what your typical week looks like:
- Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
- Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
- You'll also get one weekday off and one weekend off each week
- Engaging 2-hours (+/-) team meeting weekly, to brainstorm and collaborate.
**Work Location**

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably within enrichment centres
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrates effective and efficient customer service abilities
- Exhibits strong work ethics, including integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
- Positive and professional demeanour with strong listening abilities
- Capable of working independently while also being a team player
- Willingness to work at different centres as needed based on operational requirements
