This position will be essential in overseeing internal communication initiatives and assisting the HR Manager. It calls for a proactive and innovative individual capable of efficiently handling a diverse range of HR responsibilities crucial for employee engagement and fostering a favorable work environment.
**Responsibilities**
**Learning and Development Support**
- Support the HR Manager in coordinating and arranging training programs, workshops, and additional learning opportunities.
- Accountable for the entire Training & Development process, including but not limited to course registration, upkeep of training records, and training evaluation in accordance with program funding and organizational guidelines.
**Talent Acquisition**
- Develop, implement and manage an effective onboarding program
**Employee and Internal Communications**:
- Create and implement internal communication strategies, channels, and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and aligning with company.
- Organize and oversee employee events, town halls, and other communication platforms.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in internal communications, including managing various communication channels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus.
**Other information**
- Transport is provided to & fro
