Our Portfolio and Risk Analytics platform (PORT) helps clients make quicker and more informed decision by empowering them with the tools to define appropriate investment universes with benchmarks, successfully implement optimal investment portfolio strategies, easily and accurately measure portfolio risk and return, and streamline their overall investment management workflow.

What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced buy-side specialist to focus on the pre-sales process, supporting Sales teams across the entire buy-side enterprise. The Pre-sales Engineer is a critical member of the APAC team responsible for engaging with potential customers and key decision makers to understand their business objectives and requirements in order to deliver customised pre-sales presentations and product demonstrations.

We'll trust you to:

- Lead discovery engagement meetings across all aspects of the investment life-cycle to understand current process and document current technology stack and workflows
- Be the technical lead in running client facing and internal Proof of Concept (POC), and product demonstrations
- Work collaboratively with product managers to communicate product gaps, industry trends, and competitive insights
- Assist in the development of RFP responses and drive to close new opportunities
- Maintain best practices within Buy-side Enterprise Demo Environments
- Partner with Implementation, Solutions Architect, and PMO on solutions design and Target Operating Model for our larger more complex engagements
- Ensure detailed information transfer from the sales process to the implementation teamYou'll need to have:
- Experience working with a buy-side enterprise solutions gained within the past 5 years
- Minimum 3 years' technical experience working across buy-side workflows and technology stacks
- Experience executing project-based work, e.g. Buy-side Order Management Systems and/or Portfolio Management Systems pre-sales scoping workshops or implementations
- Strong English communication skills to clearly communicate technical solutions to prospects and effectively coordinate the deal team internally
- Strong written presentation and documentation skills
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organizationWe'd love to see:
