**Duties**:
Serves as a Contracting Officer Representative and maintains certification to administer all phases of the contract lifecycle.
- Administers all phases of contract lifecycles.
- Prepares all necessary contract documentation including the Statement of Work (SOW)/Statement of Objectives/Project Work.
- Monitor the contractor performance, including overseeing the contract, to ensure that the contractor complies with all requirements in the SOW, evaluate if the contractor meets the technical requirements as required, evaluate whether the contractor performs within the stated price or estimate in the contract and review and approve invoices, and evaluate for reasonableness and recommend approval or rejection.
- Evaluate contractor performance and input accordingly in a reporting system.
- Oversees document management for assigned contracts and projects by following an organized means to capture and maintain easily available, version controlled official documents.
- Manages presentations, marketing materials and other material essential to the division and/or projects.
- Submits contract actions and assignments in a timely manner.

**Specialized Experience**:GS-13**: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the **GS-12** level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing (3) of the (4) duties listed below:

- 1. Preparing all necessary contract documentation such as the Statement of Work (SOW)/Statement of Objectives/Project Work Statements (PWS), acquisition plans, project justifications, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), project scope agreements (PSA);
- 2. Monitoring contractor work to ensure compliance with all requirements in the SOW;
- 3. Analyzing new legislation, regulations, or policies to determine their impact on internal policies, procedures and/or operations;
- 4. Collaborating with staff to determine potential modifications in procedures and/or policies related to contracting.**Documenting Experience**:
