We are looking for a junior Account Executive (client relations) to join our Account Management team to create a positive and elevated customer experience for our clients.

What you'll own:

- Assist the Account Manager and Sales team to set-up accounts for any new or renewing clients
- Conduct onboarding sessions (virtual/physical) to help new and existing clients better understand our platform.
- Answer any incoming operational queries from clients, pertaining to their account and work with other Mednefits teams to provide clients with workable solutions.
- Assist Account Manager with operational duties such as monthly non-panel claims approval, client data extractions for proposals, etc.
- Assist Account Manager with client renewals, understanding the data to provide sensible recommendations to the clients.
- Complete any adhoc duties tasked by Sales and Account Management team.

What you'll need:

- A keen eye for detail.
- Patience, professionalism and confidence is key.
- Adaptability to product feature changes and account types.
- Able to communicate effectively and manage relationships well.
- A brief understanding of the current employee benefits landscape in Singapore (added bonus).
