This role supports the Graduate Studies Office by undertaking operational and administrative tasks related to external relations including international exchange, MBA capstone project SPAN, overseas visits, and supporting all exam related matters for the graduate programs. Responsibilities include student management, records maintenance, programmes support and distribution of information to enhance the student learning experience in the University.

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle examination administration for all graduate programme and invigilation where expected in the division.- Provide administrative support for SPAN, including records management on projects/company sponsors/mentors and evaluation process.- Liaise with programme clusters on student matters such as inbound and outbound student exchanges and overseas business study missions.- Assist with the sourcing, procurement, trip coordination and administrative/logistics aspects of local/overseas Business Study Mission (BSM) for selected programmes.- Support the procurement and finance billings of goods and services related to the department such as preparation and issuance of invitation to quote (ITQ) or tender, ordering and facilitating delivery of items, and vendor management.- Prepare and maintain effective filing records for audit documentation.- To assist in any other administrative duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in student administration in a higher educational institution preferred.- Skilled at planning, organizing, multitasking and project management, with a strong customer orientation.- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, systematic, and organized with strong administrative skills.- Good team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible in adjusting and responding to changing priorities; and able to work independently.-
- Good communication and writing skills with ability to communicate and interact well with diverse stakeholders.- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Occasional evenings and weekends as required.
