Chief External Relations Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful leader to head our external and internal communication efforts while managing charitable partnerships and community initiatives.
This role is central to enhancing our corporate reputation, driving impactful storytelling, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, media, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:- Corporate Communications (60%): Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen the company's corporate brand and reputation. Manage media relations, draft press releases, and prepare key messaging for leadership. Oversee internal communications, including leadership messages, staff engagement campaigns, and intranet/employee updates.
- Charities & Community Engagement (40%): Plan, manage, and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee volunteerism programs, and charity events. Evaluate potential charity partners to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or CSR roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Passion for community engagement and social impact.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse partners.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
