**Job Scope / Description**:

- Reviewing financial statements, meeting with company executives to identify goals and business needs and work closely with department heads to develop and oversee the implementation of specific goals.
- Organize and assign business projects
- Meet with clients to perform assessments
- Develop and implement an ongoing budget
- Develop detailed business plans
- Help to recruit new hires
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. of 4-5 years of experience in Marketing Management, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis
- Preferably Marketing experienced in working in an MNC, IT or Finance industry.
- Knowledge of various social platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Wix
- Strong leadership skills
- Consulting and training skills and the ability to educate and maintain with business owners and partners
- The capacity to lead and work as a part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find unique solutions to problems
- Analytical evaluation skills for budgeting and planning
- Creativity
- Strong and Verbal Communication Skills
