You will be in charge of HR responsibilities including but not limited to

performance reviews, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits: benchmarking and talent matters: succession planning and recruitment.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to business strategy by helping leaders identify, align, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes in an effective and efficient manner that support achievement of business goals
- Coach business leaders to align career goals, aspirations, and rotations of the workforce with the business strategy of the organization
- Collaborate with business leaders and Talent & Development CoE to focus on organization's learning and development strategies and meet business requirements
- Work closely and advise business leaders on ways to address manpower productivity and cost containment
- Liaise and guide business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior roles in line with business strategy and objectives and to cascade KPIs and communicate performance rating
- Recommend HR strategies as a result of workforce implications of business strategy and ensure that workforce requirements are fulfilled and both business and employees’ interests are maintained
- Review HR processes in the region impacting workplace legislation to ensure controls are in place to prevent regulatory breaches and ensure consistency and alignment with business and people strategies within the firm
- Act as an employee champion and change agent in identifying key challenges to workforce performance, people investment and HR initiatives to implementing these solutions for the business and employees
- Plays an active role on the regional HR leadership team to ensure clear communication around BU priorities, help shape and deliver on regional people priorities, providing solutions in strategic workforce planning, and ensure that country HR teams have the direction and context that they need to support the business leaders for the BU
- Partner with other HRBPs and cross functional teams such as Total Rewards, Talent Development & Engagement, Organizational Development and Talent Attraction in developing and delivering best practices to the BU
- Lead team to translate business strategy into annual performance goals and departmental objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline with minimum of 8-10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Significant experience of senior broad-based HR partnering, working in international commercial and matrix organizations within APAC region
