**Responsibilities**:
**Remote Team Leadership and Collaboration**
- Demonstrate excellent remote team management skills, fostering a cohesive and high-performing HR shared services team across multiple countries.
- Effectively communicate organizational objectives, priorities, and expectations to remote team members.
- Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, trust, and collaboration to promote team cohesion despite geographical distances.
**HR Process Standardisation and Optimisation**
- Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize HR processes to ensure consistent service delivery across different countries in the region.
- Implement remote-friendly process improvements and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
**Remote Employee Service Delivery**
- Lead the team in providing excellent HR support to employees in different countries, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Establish and monitor remote service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure timely service delivery.
**Compliance and Policy Adherence across Borders**
- Stay updated with HR regulations and compliance requirements in each country to ensure HR policies align with local laws.
- Monitor team adherence to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, conducting periodic audits for cross-border compliance.
**Change Management and Virtual Training Initiatives**
- Lead change management efforts related to HR process updates and technology implementations across different countries.
- Develop and deliver virtual training programs to enhance the capabilities of the remote HR shared services team and promote continuous learning.
**Job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements across various countries and regions.
- Exceptional remote team management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful cross-border teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on remote process standardization and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders across borders.
- Demonstrated success in managing remote teams and promoting a positive, results-oriented work environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and technology, with a keen understanding of virtual collaboration tools and remote work technology solutions.
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
- Change management experience with a track record of leading HR process changes and virtual implementations across regions.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, IHRP-CP) is advantageous.
