The Purpose

The Analyst - People Services role plays a vital role in delivering people services activities and providing transactional support to the Marketing (Singapore & China) business, ensuring seamless execution of operational activities and a positive customer experience.

Core responsibilities include recruitment support, contract generation and data updates, assessment invoice reconciliation, Joiner, Mover, Leaver activities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.

Additional duties involve workload monitoring, SLA compliance, issue escalation, and operational support to P&O Specialists and Advisors. The Analyst helps maintain systems and databases in line with set standards and will be responsible for resolving queries on processes, collaborating as needed with other People Services teams and P&O teams, ensuring that operations are carried out in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.

Key tasks include

Performance and Delivery:

  • Perform end-to-end talent acquisition administration, including interview coordination, employment and background checks, pre-employment assessments, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Manage employee letters and contract amendments related to job changes, step allowances and International Remote Working updates.
  • Collate employment documentation, such as but not limited to employment contracts, right to work checks, background checks
  • Resolve queries and escalations while maintaining effective prioritisation of workload
  • Create and maintain Desktop Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Deliver Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) to ensure timely, accurate transactions and positive customer experience, aligned with assigned plans, specifications, and onboarding policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (downstream services) to deliver seamless service and transitions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries, providing basic advice, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues through appropriate channels and follow up as needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit activities for joiners, movers, and leavers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of account setups, provisioning requests, and related tasks.
  • Coordinate people data changes, such as managing reporting line changes.
  • Manage HR-related invoices, ensuring timely and accurate approvals.
  • Administer the Marketing Recognition Award process.

Compliance

  • Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to legislative requirements.
  • Identify risks and Compliance to the processes/policies proactively.

Financial:

  • Operate in a cost-effective way, within limits set by your leader.

Work Processes:

  • Work within policies, processes and systems and advise your leader of any issues which impede your, or the team's performance.
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities within your area to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate 3-year qualification in a relevant discipline – HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour – required
  • Post graduate qualifications (Hons level) in a relevant discipline - HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour – Desirable

Technical Knowledge

  • 2-3 Years' experience working in an administrative HR role.
  • At least 1-2 years Human Resources generalist/ talent acquisition/ recruitment experience in a global multi-national organisation
  • Knowledge of relevant local legislation.
