People Insights Analyst

This role sits within the Global HR team, which supports both retail and corporate teams throughout Asia, as well as Australia and Europe.

The People Insights Analyst is expected to build the structure and content of HR reporting for all Asia countries. This will further include analyzing and presenting the results, providing HR and business with actionable insights.

The Analyst will also be responsible in project tracking of global HR initiatives including Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent initiatives.

Additionally, the role will support Senior Analyst, Total Rewards in compensation & benefits initiatives across all global countries

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with in-country HR, and lead in building the structure and content of HR reporting for Asia, which will include:

- Developing dashboards for effective and automated reporting on key HR metrics
- Helping in-country HR in suitable analysis with actionable insights to present to business leaders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams within People organization to highlight workforce issues and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to provide recommendations

Be the point of contact with Corporate in translating, tracking and consolidating global talent initiatives to in-country HR, and providing advice on alignment opportunities

Support the Senior Analyst, Total Rewards in day-to-day rewards deliverables as well as any new global reward initiatives
- Partnering with in-country HR in developing C&B solutions to support the people strategies of the Company
- Participate in HR projects where C&B analysis is involved
- Support in administration and maintenance of benefits programmes
- Assisting the team in managing the annual C&B cycle (benchmarking, salary review, bonus)

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

- Organized with attention to detail and confident in working with numbers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and/or Power BI (or similar)
- Experience with survey design and analysis
- Strong communication, presentation, project management and time management skills
- A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with associates and parties inside and outside of the company
