**Role Highlights**

As Senior Insights Analyst you will gain experience in analysing primary voice of customer data, secondary macro data, and corporate case studies. This will provide a base form which you will be trained as an as expert in financial service insights. This is a fast-paced role where you will be rewarded for your commitment and learning ability.

Importantly, you will see the impact of your work on the largest and most innovative regional and national banks across the 12 markets that RFI serves.

**Key responsibilities**:
We are currently hiring for a Senior Insights Analyst position with key responsibilities to include:

- Conducting analysis of quantitative market research data and creating PowerPoint presentation and data tables for clients.
- Creating presentation decks which tell a compelling story, using data
- Presenting research to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Working with clients to ensure their business priorities are being addressed by research output.
- Analysis of secondary data (economic, financial etc) to triangulate and contextualise RFI’s primary research.
- Cross-functional collaboration with team members, including sales, client services, operations and research teams in London, Toronto and Sydney offices.

**Requirements**:
To be considered you must have:

- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a market research agency, consultancy or similar roles.
- A degree in any discipline.
- Experience conducting analysis using Microsoft Excel or statistical analysis software such as Q, SPSS or others. Highly valued, but not essential:

- Banking/Financial Services experience.
- Excellent communication skills
