Singapore DENTSU ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

You will work collaboratively across the business and functions globally starting with your colleagues within the Global BI and People Analytics team as well as different stakeholders such as Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Global Clients, and the Data Protection Officer. You will design and create the data environment that will be critical to the reporting and statistical analysis that will be done by you and the wider team and leading large projects across the region. This role reports into the APAC BI & People Analytics Lead and will be part of a team that looks after APAC Operations & People BI & data analysis requirements with support from the Global team.

**The difference you will make**:

- Being an active member of the Global BI and People Analytics team and community helping and supporting APAC regional markets and service lines with key requests.
- Supporting the preparation, analysis and presentation of metrics for review for key business stakeholders.
- Ability to explain and present findings and results to non-technical audiences visually and verbally.
- Working with our offshore colleagues who can assist with the day-to-day.
- Project managing key analytics projects and acting as lead on key analytics initiatives across our business.
- Driving master data improvements and establishing security and governance processes.
- Working closely with the Chief Data Officer and Legal teams to ensure security and compliance is at the forefront of any build, analysis and data shared.
- Designing and creating a data environment that will be critical to the reporting and statistical analysis that will be done by you and the wider team. This will allow team members to have the metrics and analysis they need at their fingertips.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Passion for data and analytics, with experience delivering high profile, complex analytics projects to a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent analytics, data manipulation and communication skills.
- Experience successfully leading large agile change projects.
- Experience presenting analysis to leadership teams and running training sessions on the use of data dashboards.
- ETL, data wrangling and BI data visualisation skills in tools such as Alteryx & PowerBI

**It would also be nice for you to have (although not necessary)**:

- Previous Operational excellence or HR knowledge experience.
- Data mining skills
- Natural Language Processing experience.
