
IT Technical Service Manager

Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of Network/Telecom, Infrastructure, Helpdesk Engineers to maintain infrastructure strategies and design for various domains in Application Infrastructure Operations, Network, and Helpdesk
- Manage and be accountable for a team of technical staff (includes of in house and outsourced vendor) who are responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Technical expert in Network products (wireless, switches, routers, SD-WAN, etc), firewalls, Operating System, DNS
- Ensure Technical Operations team monitor and execute incident response plan to all IT and Security Incidents
- Be accountable for and manage user access and permissions through User setup, Roles and Role Hierarchy
- Manages the portfolio of infrastructure assets and services from purchase or adoption through retirement.
- Taking ownership in driving new features development and manage change requests aligned to changes in business processes
- Manage integrations with other enterprise and customer facing systems and be accountable for delivery of integration projects
- Pushing cloud adoption to achieve business agility and technical ability
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- ** 8-10 years of experience in Technology Operations (network/telecom, Infrastructure and/or helpdesk, project management and/or requirements gathering.**:
- Strong understanding of virtualization and networking concepts and able to hand-on and familiar with wide range of technologies; Operating Systems (Microsoft, Linux), Microsoft Products (AD, Exchange, Azure, Intune), Virtualization (MS HyperV, VMWare), Hyperconverged technology (Nutanix), VoIP and LAN, WAN and WIFI Networking (Aruba, Fortinet).
- Prior experience with Cloud Based Infrastructure service like AWS, Alibaba and Azure and Security-related (IAM, MFA, WAF, DRM, DLP) will be an added advantage for this role.
- Certifications in service management, project management and/or IT Delivery management frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, PMP.
- Experience with managing outsourcing and managed services relationships.
