**About Us**

At the Early Intervention Centre, we are passionately dedicated to empowering the lives of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. Our commitment is to provide exceptional behavioural interventions rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We create a supportive and nurturing environment to foster each child's growth and development.

**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct behavioural assessments, including functional analyses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement, monitor, and adjust ABA therapy programs to meet the needs of clients.
- Provide training and supervision to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective intervention strategy.
- Collect data and maintain accurate client records to track progress and outcomes.

Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

**Qualifications**
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, evidence-based practices, and behaviour change procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on collaborating with team members and families.
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
