Job Description
Monitor Retail Business Performance:
Track and monitor the daily performance of all products traded by retail clients.
Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for both the team and management, providing key insights into trading activities and business performance.
Performance & Behaviour Analysis:
Analyse retail trading performance and client trading behaviour regularly. Highlight any unusual patterns, inconsistencies, or potential risks to management.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to support various Retail departments and business initiatives.
Client Insights & Campaign Analysis:
Collaborate with the Retail team to deliver comprehensive client analysis, supporting retail initiatives and marketing campaigns with data-driven insights.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies to help increase net profit for the Retail pillar.
Revenue Trends & Opportunity Analysis:
Track revenue trends, identify emerging opportunities, and analyse factors that directly or indirectly impact the growth of the Retail business.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Support:
Provide prompt analytical support for ad hoc requests and business needs, often within tight deadlines.
Regulatory & Compliance Support:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data usage and reporting comply with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
Agility at work:
Continuously seeks opportunities to improve and streamline processes through automation, with the aim of reducing time and cost.

Requirements
Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or any related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar data analyst role (fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply).
Proven experience in dealing with big data processing
Solid foundation in statistical knowledge
Skillset:
Expert in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Power BI or any dashboard tools
Proficient in SQL
Python is preferred
Understand data architecture
Hands on experience with ETL and processing data on backend
Understand data security, privacy and compliance
Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
Willingness to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements
Team player with strong communication skills
Meticulous, with great attention to detail
A self-starter with a proactive and resourceful attitude
Proactively offers help to colleagues who require data expertise.
Ability to maintain a positive and constructive attitude when faced with challenges.
Demonstrates willingness to commit to irregular working hours when necessary.
