We are looking for a media manager, to focus specifically on Southeast Asia and India markets, within our Asia IAT Structure.
If you are strong in delivering and developing integrated media solutions with a bias for digital media, while managing the day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization, and reporting requirements to meet client objectives, we want to talk to you
- Work closely with our client and Publicis Groupe teams to plan and implement regional strategic and tactical campaigns in adherence to global strategy, for 9 markets across Southeast Asia and India, with guidance from IAT Media Lead where needed.
- Partner with local buying teams to deliver on media strategies.
- Drive operational excellence across execution and reporting.
- Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and aligned with clients' objectives.
- Analyse historical campaigns to integrate insights into future campaigns.
- Facilitate & manage all client requests (e.g. plans/spends/reporting, vendors rate cards/media kits, etc.).
- Ensure clear documentation on all communications with all parties.
- Work closely with finance team and IAT Media Lead to report on financial matters.
**Qualifications**
- At least 8 years of integrated media planning experience, particularly digital channels; preferably with prior experience working on Global Network Clients at a regional level.
- Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptive, flexible and able to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- A keen interest to learn and understand the digital ecosystem.
- Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media.
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Ideal if you have experience in executing HCP & Consumer campaigns within Asia.
