Singapore CHINA MERCHANTS ENERGY TRADING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Description**:
1.Work closely with the CFO to manage and supervise a team of accounts staff

2.Overall in charge of timely completion of accounting matters which including, but not limited to, monthly and annual closing, prepare consolidated accounts, audit, income tax matter and others

3.Prepare and present of budgets, forecasts and reports to management and explain the variances.

4.Review and document current process workflows, policies and procedures

5.In charge of Funds Management.

6.Liaise with HQ, cooperate with internal and external partners.

7.Identify control weaknesses and operational gaps in existing processes and provide recommendations to mitigate risks. Implement and roll out procedures to manage operational and financial risks

8.Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company Management.

**Requirements**:
1.Recognized degree in accounting and professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or equivalent.

2.At least 5 years of work experience in accounting and 2 years of experience in finance management role

3.Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines

4.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel data analysis

5.Bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills

6.Experienced in Accounting Firms will be an added advantage.

7.Familiar with China Accounting Standard will be an added advantage.

8.Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
