- Take charge of Singapore Branch’s Operations, Financial Management, Info Technology & Innovation departments and oversee day-to-day operations of the respective departments
- Convey and supervise implementation of all Head Office, Branch’s rules and regulatory policies; review and approve policies, plans and procedures related to the respective departments
- Responsible for the overall financial management, including the financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, cost management as well as asset & liability management.
- Lead and supervise the BOC Innovation Lab in carrying out innovation work based on the requirements, policies and procedures from the Head Office.
- Exercise power and obligations to execute relevant discussions and make business decisions in accordance to the terms of reference as Chairman of relevant Committee(s) with the Bank.
- Report to the Country Head, Singapore Branch and to Head Office on relevant matters pertaining to HQ business lines reporting requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a banking senior leadership role and in-depth experience in financial services sector
- Highly collaborative, experienced in working in complex matrix organization structures
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with Head Office and our China counterparts
