What the role is
You will be part of a team in accounting, operations, and controls of the revenue function in CAAS.
What you will be working on
Billing processing, credit control and management
Providing sound advice on policies and systems to users on revenue functions
Supporting the month-end book closing and audit
Performing monthly reconciliation of receipts and schedules
Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures
Reviewing processes and procedures, as well as system enhancements to improve efficiency and governance in managing Revenue and Accounts Receivable
Involvement with digitalization and other ad-hoc projects or administrative duties
Assisting in the review of Revenue policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Instruction Manuals and SB-FRS
What we are looking for
We require an energetic, results-oriented individual with the following prerequisites:
Requirements
Trained in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Possess strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful
Strong communication and task management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience in Workday is advantageous
Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
