**Site**.Deputy Manager, Finance page is loaded## Deputy Manager, Financelocations: Singaporetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: ## **JOB DESCRIPTION*** Participate in the financial and management accounting functions for a portfolio of entities and assets and ensure smooth and timely finance reporting for these entities.* Responsible for review/preparation of period-end closing (monthly, quarterly, annual), sub-group consolidation, variance analysis, cash flow management, planning, budgeting and forecasting and liaising with various business stakeholders (including internal and external auditors).* Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures.* Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.* Support system implementation/improvements as necessary.* Support in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned.* Other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be requested by your immediate supervisor and/or the head of department from time to time.## **JOB REQUIREMENTS*** Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent* At least 4 years of relevant experience* Good communication and organisation skills with a keen eye for details* Analytical, resourceful, good problem-solving capability and proactive team player* Strong financial literacy skills* Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment* Prior audit background and experience in REIT industry preferred* Experience with SAP/BPC and Yardi preferred## **BUSINESS SEGMENT**Real Estate## **PLATFORM**Fund ManagementKeppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore.
