Our Client is one of Singapore's largest contractors for Telecommunications Networks Management and Construction. They are currently looking for a Deputy Finance Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Assist Finance Manager to oversee and review end-to-end financial processes
- Work closely with the team to deliver accurate operational and financial reporting while also interpreting the data and recommending improvements as necessary
- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations, including monthly closing
- Support all audit-related matters including preparation of audit schedule, attending to audit queries, and providing the information required by the external auditor and tax agents
- Perform quarterly GST submission
- Ensure the accuracy of accounts and that all reporting deadlines are met
- Guide and review the work of the team members
- Ensure all GL coding and GST are captured correctly.
- Review payments for approval and ensure all invoices are duly authorized in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure all invoices are billed timely
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and credit control management.
- Any other duties as and when assigned
- ** Requirement**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory skills and hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts
- Experience in driving process improvements, internal controls, and systems implementation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and accounting software (MYOB)
- Must possess good communication skills both oral and written
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
- Effective time-management and multitasking skills
- Independent, able to work under pressure with initiative, a good team player with a high level of integrity
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
