**Senior Consultant, Rewards, Human Capital Solutions**

**What the day will look like**
- Develop a point of view for project proposals from a total rewards perspective
- Collaborate with other Partners, Directors and Consultants to deliver the large and complex projects with a focus on total rewards. Completion of rewards projects, including the establishment of project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Project manage to ensure that all deliverables are proceeding according to schedule and resolve issues(if any) associated with respect to project implementation.
- Play an important role in developing the technical / consulting skills of our team members. Support development of the HCS capabilities and offerings.
- Serves as a primary client contact and builds relationships with clients.
- Conducts senior client interviews, facilitates focus groups, and leads client presentations to C-Suites and Board of Directors
- Thought leadership: develops new tools and templates that can be leveraged in multiple markets
- Ensures intellectual capital generated within own projects is captured and available for others to draw on
- You are expected to be stationed in Singapore and KL

**How this opportunity is different**

The Human Capital Solutions team advises clients on how to better attract, motivate and retain the talent necessary to drive business performance. We work with clients’ across industries to tailor their rewards strategy to address compensation and performance issues. Typical projects would include recommending pay levels, designing cash bonus and equity plans, proposing key performance indicators and associated targets. The team also works with clients to address manpower planning, organizational effectiveness and governance-related issues.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- 7+ years of successful experience in adding value to client business results
- 7+ years experience in a Human Capital related role preferred but not essential
- Knowledge and experience in international project management and the ability to multi-task
- Technical depth in Talent and rewards design management principles
- “Executive presence” for senior stakeholder management, facilitating C-Suites and Board of Directors discussions
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple domains like rewards, talent, people advisory etc.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
