As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to work with global clients to understand and address their most complex people-related challenges. This role involves delivering impactful people consulting services that drive valuable and sustainable business results.

The Opportunity
  • Develop innovative strategies to support organizational transformation, including operating model changes, digital/technology change, and M&A.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting clients in their transformation journey through effective organizational change management programs, helping clients deliver human capital strategies and workforce optimization programs critical to organizational success, working with business leaders on restructuring, workforce planning, competency modeling, performance, and rewards management, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions, and contributing to the growth of the Advisory Practice in the ASEAN region.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Experience with HR operating/delivery models, process improvements, capability development, organizational development, and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
