Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow platform
  • Support the implementation of ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by end-users or stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior consultants to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and user training activities
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and company standards in all ServiceNow development work

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
  • Exposure to ServiceNow (academic, certification, or internship experience is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Good communication skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders
