About Industry Development, Technology & Innovation Group The key focus of the Industry Development, Technology & Innovation Group (IDTIG) is developing a thriving sport and fitness ecosystem to position Singapore as the City for Sports and Fitness in Asia. We partner key stakeholders in achieving these sporting, social and economic outcomes. This involves developing market opportunities, new capabilities and enabling synergies through strategic partnerships and major sport and fitness events.

**What you will be working on**
- Job Requirement: As the Division Head, you will be leading the development and execution of major sporting events and MICE strategy, managing key partners in the sport and fitness ecosystem; as well as taking on other strategic projects that are opportunistic in nature. Lead the team to identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage on SportSG-funded MICE and sport events to curate content, networking and showcasing Singapore as a regional launchpad for sport and innovation Lead multi-stakeholder collaboration to improve the performance aspects of SportSG-funded MICE and sport events. This may include Intellectual Property (IP) development, fan engagement and adoption of data analytics to drive better decisions. Strengthen strategic private-people-public partnerships to nurture more stakeholders to get involved as well as invest in sport and fitness
