Division Head

The Division Head will be responsible for the business development of the Agriculture Grains Division globally but now we are focusing on China, Europe, South America, South East Asia, South Asia, and Middle East Markets as priorities.
- The incumbent person should have good knowledge about the Agriculture Grains Market of China, Europe, South America, South East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
- Should have worked in this industry in the Agriculture Grains for at least a minimum period of 15 years of experience.
- Should be able to drive the Business Strategy for Agriculture Grains.
- Liaise and Coordinate with various Country Business Managers and Divisional Managers to improve processes as deemed fit to attract new businesses and new business potential.
- To increase the Business Flow by targeting New Customers & Retaining Present Customers.
- Should have a good relationship with clients in China, Europe, South America, South East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Promote the Business Development Activities of the Agriculture Grains Globally and maintain a healthy Bottom Line for the division.
- Should be a very knowledgeable & technical savvy person - who can help & advise the various country managers on setting up / starting new businesses.
- Should be well conversant with the Qualitative / Quantitative certification of Agriculture Grains & other related Products.
- Persons who have Headed a Business Stream or a Country Head will be given preference.
