Division Head

The Division Head will be responsible for the business development of Minerals Testing Services globally and now we are focusing on China, South East Asia, South Asia, and Middle East Markets as priorities.
- This incumbent person must know well about the Minerals Market of China, South East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
- Should have worked in the Testing & Inspection Industry in Minerals Services for at least a minimum of periods 20 to 25 years of experience.
- Should be able to drive the Business Strategy for Minerals.
- Liaise and Coordinate with various Country Business Managers and Divisional Managers to improve processes as deemed fit to attract new businesses and new business potential.
- To increase the Business Flow by targeting New Customers & Retaining Present Customers.
- Should have a good relationship with clients in China, South East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Promote the Business Development Activities of the Mineral Division Globally and maintain a healthy Bottom Line for the division.
- Should be a very knowledgeable & technically savvy person - who can help & advise the various country managers on setting up / starting new businesses.
- Should be well conversant with the Qualitative / Quantitative certification of Minerals & other related Products.
- Persons who have Headed a Business Stream or a Country Head will be given preference.
