Project Summary:
This national healthcare programme consolidates and provides patient health data to serve national health needs and supports healthcare professionals to serve their patients better. The programme is part of a national healthcare ecosystem and supports the digitization and connection with other national healthcare programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Supports the Grant Management process from planning to operations, and ensuring alignment with MOH policies to achieve the objective of mandatory contribution.

2. Supports related funding requests with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Establishes grant principles, processes and SOPs.

4. Monitors and regularly updates the status of utilisation to management.

5. Works closely with external grant partners i.e. IMDA, MTI, auditors and internal Finance.

Requirements / Qualifications:
1. At least 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Grant Management function.

2. Experience in Legal, Financial and Security responsibilities in relation to Grant operations.

3. Good written and spoken communications, communicates effectively with all levels of management, partners and licensees.

4. Experience in crafting and managing funding papers.

5. Great interpersonal skills to establish good relationship with partners and licensees.
